Reading Status

The Reading Status of a Reader on a Message shows the Reader Role and tells you if the Reader reads the Message.

Reader Roles:

  • Origin: the Author of the Message
  • Recipient: the role like To in email but it is intraComm User
  • CC: the role like CC in email but it is intraComm User and can help Origin to monitor the Message (refers to Today Note)
  • Ref: it is also intraComm User. The Message for such Reader is just for a referrence. This role of reader may be no initiative on reading this Message because the Message will NOT show on their Message Box: InBox in general
  • Email: also called Email Reader who are outside people read this Message by email

Remark: the Reader of a Message should refers to anyone who can read the Message (ALL Readers are shown on the tab page Reader), but in general, it ONLY refers to the Internal Readers, the intraComm User who can read the Message (ie EXCLUDE the Email Readers)

Reading Status

  • Origin: the Author of the Message (Of course, he has read the Message)
  • New (Recipient): for the Recipient has NOT yet read the Message
  • Read (Recipient): for the Recipient has been read the Message
  • New (CC): for the CC has NOT yet read the Message
  • Read (CC): for the CC has been read the Message
  • New (Ref): for the Ref has NOT yet read the Message

  • Finished: the Recipient has finished the Task (for [Task] ONLY)
  • Aware: the Recipient has awared the Event (for [Event] ONLY)

Remark:
-- if it is an email address for Origin, then it is the outgoing email address used to send this Message to outside (if applicable)
-- if it is an email address for Read (Recipient), then the Message is a incoming email getting from the Mail Box of this email address
